Anglicare Southern Queensland is the owner of this large property at Buckland Road, underutilised yet an important site in the context of Nundah history and that of the Church. Grey Space provided master planning services for a vertical Retirement Village, the restoration of the existing heritage-listed chapel onsite, community facilities and a new 96 Bed Residential Aged Care facility. This co-located seniors living community has the benefits of position and a deep respect for community and Grey Space collaborated with all parties to design a new home proposed for seniors who are unable to live alone, to support their families with quality care, social connections, safety and longevity.
