Stage 1 of the Residential Aged Care upgrade project at Buderim for Lutheran Services was predominantly designed within the existing building footprint with a dedicated focus on cost and home-like comfort. We replanned 20 Bedrooms with 2 shared bathrooms into 19 Bedrooms with 18 Ensuites - as task well worthwhile when combined with a refurbishment and replanning of the community and staff areas for efficiency, safety, social opportunity, purposeful activity and every-day ordered living.
