Our two Directors provide training, workshops, advisory sessions, procurement proposals and per hour services to inform stakeholders on Project-Specific solutions to meet needs and risks. Advice and expertise support every Project Management engagement, but can also be purchased to inform projects and consultant team selection as part of pre-project planning. Corporate and project workshops and structuring input is provided by Business Advisor Calvin Treacy and project development procurement & delivery advice by CEO Caroline Treacy.
