Caroline Treacy is the Founder and Principal of Grey Space, with an absolute dedication to social, health and community-focused developments.  Her extensive corporate and commercial experience coupled with a highly creative innovation have benefited the Grey Space entity and its valued clients to no end. Grey Space and Caroline add significant value to functional , beautiful housing, particularly in arenas where community, social needs and the psychology of built environment are valued most.  She is a Registered Architect, Project Manager, Experienced Company Director, Private Developer, Corporate Advisory and Chair, with a passion for design, construction efficiency, customer focus and client project delivery success, specifically for the Social and Community Sectors.

Caroline’s “spotlight” approach to both business and development often prompts and drives the hard conversations necessary for challenges to be dealt with head-on. In 2001, she decided that to dedicate herself professionally to Projects For Purpose, would allow her experience and skills to deliver clients the most impact - through both advisory services and in a detailed delivery capacity. Her intuitive communication, governance, business and administration skills have often pulled her into projects which are flailing or stagnating in prior hands.
