    ILU Refurbishments

    Grey Space have a small works team catering to low cost and quick moving ILU refurbishment and upgrade work.  We have developed an independent and well-priced service and team that provides unit refurbishment designs and documents to the market in concurrent banks of a minimum four unit types. 

    This service utilise a process-driven approach as necessary to minimise the turn-around timeframe for this type of work at Retirement Living sites.  The advantage of a prototype approach offers the ability to also arrange for pricing and construction work to be completed, prior to incorporating any adjustments and rolling out on bulk at any given site.
