Grey Space have a small works team catering to low cost and quick moving refurbishment and upgrade work.  We have an independent package that offers fixed price unit refurbishment designs and documentation to the market in concurrent banks of a minimum four unit types. 

This service utilises a process-driven approach as necessary to minimise the turn-around timeframe for this type of work at both Retirement Living sites and bedrooms/ensites to operational Residential Aged Care facilities. 

The advantage of a prototype approach allows competitive pricing and the fitout/construction work to be completed as efficiently as possible at any given site.
